A U.S. Navy veteran, Will graduated at the top of his class from Cryptologic Technical Operator "A" School and served aboard the USS Normandy (CG 60). He holds degrees from Tidewater Community College, Old Dominion University (B.S., Computer Science), Virginia Tech (M.S., Information Technology), and James Madison University (MBA, Information Security).

Will's career includes senior leadership roles in software development, database management, and cybersecurity consulting for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and multiple federal agencies. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Hampton Roads Navy League and is committed to donating to various organizations including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Outside of work, Will enjoys fishing, sailing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

After graduating from Purdue University and working in various IT industry roles, Eric eventually received an opportunity to implement an identity system at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University which was very successful. The rest, as they say, is history, and he began to work in this space as a highly sought-after consultant.

He worked as a Director of Architecture and CTO with Focal Point Data Risk (formerly Aptec) working on several major projects, providing technical oversight and developing architectural standards. He also worked on a major project with the US Army, where he spearheaded the use of access management/SSO for over 1.2 million users on HR and payroll consolidation efforts.

When he is not busy working, Eric enjoys teaching boating safety classes and volunteering with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. He is happily married and is the pet parent to two cats, Penzance and Ptolemy.

Roger spent 27+ years at the Department of the Treasury in various roles at all levels of leadership, culminating as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) and serving as the Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) for Infrastructure and Operations from 2022 to 2025 at the Treasury Department. As the ACIO, he provided policy, operations, and oversight for a wide range of successful Treasury-wide IT infrastructure services and applications including Networking, Treasury Security Operations Center (TSOC), Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) for 120,000 internal users and 40+ million citizens, Voice Communications, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Treasury Cloud Operations, National Security Systems, Physical Security Systems, Shared Services, and Business Operations.

Roger is happily married to his wife of 31 years with 3 adult children. Roger enjoys traveling with his wife and exploring the National Parks.

Christian has successfully led enterprise-wide IAM transformations for major organizations in government, Fortune 500 companies, and higher education. He has played a pivotal role in modernizing authentication infrastructures, consolidating identity platforms, and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as Radiant Logic RadiantOne, Okta, PingFederate, and Oracle IAM. His delivery-focused approach ensures projects are executed efficiently, securely, and with minimal disruption, while his strategic foresight guarantees that solutions are scalable and adaptable for the future.

Beyond his technical expertise, Christian is a mentor and strategic leader, helping organizations navigate complex identity security landscapes with confidence. Holding an MBA, a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification, he combines deep technical knowledge with a business-driven mindset.

In his spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, pursuing photography, learning new skills and taking his four-legged BFF Luke for a walk.

Prior to joining Olympus Solutions, Alex served 20 years in the Air Force and Air Force Reserves, 10 years in the tech industry, and 7 years at the Department of Treasury, where he oversaw 6 enterprise Cybersecurity programs. Alex has an MBA from Virginia Tech, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Federal Acquisition Core (FAC) Project/Program Manager at the Senior Level, FAC-COR Level III, and a Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE).

In his free time, Alex studies Ving Tsun Kung Fu, enjoys reading non-fiction, hiking, and fishing, and is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Alex resides with his family in Fredericksburg, VA.
